Fez to Rabat day tripYou will take us from Morocco’s intellectual and spiritual capital to its administrative one. Rabat stands as the modern side of Morocco. It also holds a strong historical significance of its modern history. Stranding in its wide streets and getting into its old medina seems like a time travel. Rabat displays the glorious as well as the bright future of the kingdom. Our last visit in this city will be Rabat’s old medina. Coming from Fez, one will notice the tidy streets and the Atlantic atmosphere of the city. It was once the strong hold of the Sultans corsairs defending the kingdom from European invaders. We will have a glimpse on the oceanic life of the locals. Then we will visit the Hassan minaret. It is the remaining part of what was once the biggest mosque after Mecca in the Muslim World. After that, we will visit the Challah remains. Moroccans keep it as a reminder of their glorious history as a part of the Roman Empire. To grasp most of the rich history this city provides, we will visit the Oudaias and the Mohammed VI Museums. After lunch we will have some time to strand in the city’s wide streets.and then we back to Fez city
